Northbrook, Ill. – February 16, 2021 – UL, the global safety science leader, today announced that iSiCHECK is the first smart badge to be recognized for achieving UL’s IoT Security Rating. This Bronze level rating, as evaluated by UL, demonstrates that the iSiCHECK smart badge uses industry best practices for Internet of Things (IoT) cybersecurity.

IDG Spa, an Italian electrical equipment distributor, in a joint venture with 4D Sistemi Informatici srl, an Italian system integrator for IT systems, launched the iSiCHECK wireless smart badge. Along with its applications ecosystem and customized dashboard, iSiCHECK helps companies manage and improve workplace environments with digital contact tracing, operational efficiencies and integration with smart building systems.
